I love coming “home” to my Habitat Condo because I know it will be clean and well prepared for my visit. The kitchen is stocked with high-quality utensils, cooking equipment, and everything is working to make my stay easy.
Habitat is closed until May 29th due to the COVID19 virus and its prevalence in Blaine County. With over 500 cases, the valley has been hit especially hard. The opening date of May 29th may be pushed further into June if there is a spike in cases before the 29th of May. Please check with management if you have any questions firstname.lastname@example.org
You’ve just found Sun Valley’s best-kept secret
HABITAT ON TRAIL CREEK is an affordable timeshare condominium complex located three blocks from downtown Ketchum, Idaho, and its friendly small-town atmosphere. The River Run Lodge and new gondola are just a mile away. In the other direction are the outstanding facilities at the Wood River Community YMCA where Habitat guests enjoy a free family pass to its many activities. Habitat offers spacious two and three bedroom condominiums featuring two full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. HD cable TVs and free WiFi.
Private laundry facilities, a heated single-car garage, hot tubs with a scenic overlook of Trail Creek, and a barbecue entertainment area all add to the enjoyment of a stay at Habitat.
It feels like home every time we enter the unit each year and walk in. We always feel we have the best bargain in the valley.
What we enjoy most is the location. The entire town of Ketchum, both shopping and dining, is an easy stroll without traffic; garage your car and enjoy!
I love how they keep everything clean, from the units, to the hot tubs, to the parking lot. We enjoy the close proximity of great trails and local entertainment.
I have been an owner for over 27 years and have always enjoyed my stay at Habitat. The management company continually upgrades the units, furniture, kitchens, linens and property.
We love the heated garages and having our own washer and dryer. When we stay at Habitat we feel like we’re at home.
I like the fact that the kitchen and the living room are open to each other. The membership to the YMCA is a real bonus.
Location, location, location! And the Sun Valley transportation system is fabulous for skiers and golfers—no real need for a car!
All generations loved the week! From young to old, four generations of our family relaxed, played, shopped, and enjoyed great food in our favorite place to be, Habitat on Trail Creek!!
We LOVE our time in Ketchum, and working with the staff at Habitat. Our family has been coming to Habitat for almost 45 years. I spent my childhood roaming the streets and bike paths from Bellevue to Sun Valley.
