Richard has been the General Manager at Habitat for over 30 years. He supports the other team members in their specific area of responsibility by sharing his many years of knowledge and expertise about all that goes on at Habitat. Richard handles the day-to-day financial affairs of the Association and works closely with the Board of Managers by supervising maintenance, developing plans for improvements and preparing the annual budget. His close attention to detail is evident in the many improvements to the property both inside the twelve timeshared units and in the common areas.
Habitat on Trail Creek Staff
Mallory joined the Habitat team in June of 2015 and works part time in the Pocatello office. Her primary focus is to process the confirmations for reservations into Habitat, making sure the units are ready for each guest’s arrival. Mallory is also very involved with the accounts payable and accounts receivable, plus the accounting programs used to manage the Association’s finances. With floating reservations, banked fixed weeks, split weeks, bonus time and floating time carry over, the record keeping challenges have increased significantly over the past few years, and Mallory is taking the challenge head on! She is developing a real awareness of what is involved in all the things that go into managing Habitat and is a great asset to our management team!
Stephanie takes care of all the requests for the exchanges to the other timeshare locations across the globe. Since the beginning of the year, she has helped over 50 Habitat owners with exchanges! Through the C.A.R.E network of partners, Habitat owners have numerous options for exchanges and Stephanie is committed to making sure you find the perfect exchange destination. In the past few months, she has completed exchanges to the Bahamas, Mexico, Branson, Missouri, and Williamsburg, Virginia. Stephanie and her husband Sy are also owners at Habitat and their family spends a week there every summer. Janet is kept busy managing the exceptional housekeeping crew, doing laundry, checking the hot tubs, doing mid-week cleans as needed, and generally overseeing the physical condition of the property. Most importantly, she provides prompt and pleasant attention to the needs of those who are staying at Habitat. Her service has been acknowledged by many!
